What a fantastic location for an impromptu, delicious meal. The staff is always on point and super friendly. The bathrooms are clean and well appointed. The food is exquisitely prepared and the wine list has an offering for every palette. This place is a true neighborhood gym and if you have not been I suggest you come soon.
All I can say is WOW. Chachama Grill is my new favorite restaurant on Long Island. The service is impeccable. Servers are fast, clean, and very professional. We came in for Latin night on Thursday night. $38 gets you an appetizer, main course, and dessert. Started off with the stuffed pepper which was delicious. We even ordered a steak tartare which was off the charts. For dinner we had chicken fajitas and the marinated skirt steak. Loved the marinade on the steak and the chimichurri sauce. Dessert was incredible. Napoleon, chocolate cake and warm rice pudding. The chocolate cake was so rich and decedent. I am planning on making dinner here once a week.
The food and service are always outstanding. In the past I've always ordered the lamb chops, but vary the appetizer. I try to vary my entrees, but am obsessed with the duck. Don't judge the location (in a strip mall) because it is really elegant both inside and when outdoor seating is available.

I started with the oven-roasted Brussels sprouts salad, followed by the shrimp with purple Peruvian potato purée, mâche, and beurre blanc — every bite was refined, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The balance and creativity in the dishes truly felt gourmet. For dessert, I had the chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and raspberry coulis — rich, decadent, and the perfect sweet ending to an incredible meal. My fiancé had the warm Thai calamari salad and the prime ribeye, both perfectly cooked and full of flavor. For dessert, he chose the poached pear with mascarpone cheese and crispy pistachio — elegant, delicate, and absolutely delicious. The food, the service, and the ambience were exceptional. Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated. A true 5-star dining experience — we can’t wait to return! ✨
Every single dish was delicious & perfectly cooked and presented, including the drinks. The staff were attentive and the service was wonderful. The wait time for each course was reasonably short & I did not feel rushed. The environment is cozy and very comfortable, great located for a date.
I absolutely love Chachama although it’s in a shopping strip that truly deserves a little more love…Chachama seems to be a family run establishment with a great upscale environment that seems a bit snug. The food presentation is phenomenal and the staff is always quick to serve and clean. The only reason I took a star is because we arrived to be seated so close to the one and only table that was occupied and for my husband and I it’s always preferred to have some space to enjoy our experience, anyways this place is really fabulous and I would recommend checking out as the menu is exquisite!
On a Saturday night, I decided to visit a restaurant that I had heard great things about. To my surprise, the restaurant was nearly empty, but it turned out to be one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. Stepping inside, the restaurant exuded a different vibe right from the start. The ambiance music set the perfect tone – not too loud, not too soft. It was clear that this was a place where you could relax and have a conversation without any distractions. The service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. It's no wonder that they have a 4.9-star rating – they truly deserve it. Now, let's talk about the food. To start off, they brought out complimentary bread that was absolutely delicious. For appetizers, we ordered the ceviche, which was incredibly fresh and had a delightful kick reminiscent of Peruvian ceviche. We also tried the avocado crab salad, which had a unique and fantastic flavor profile. There was another appetizer, the name of which I can't recall, but I absolutely loved it. When it came to our entrees, I sought a recommendation from our server who suggested the duck. It was an excellent choice – the duck was absolutely delicious. My partner opted for a lobster dish with sweet corn puree that was truly divine. We couldn't resist trying a dessert, so we ordered the napoleon. Let me tell you, you HAVE to try it! It was simply amazing, and I still find myself dreaming about it. To top it all off, the Owner/Chef was incredibly nice. He took the time to visit each table, ensuring that everything was running smoothly. This attention to detail truly made our dining experience remarkable.
The East Patchigue location gives an impression of a strip mall restaurant. Surprise! The interior design and first class ambience was further supported by the top notch service and multiple visits by the owner. The filet and salmon were perfectly prepared, presented and cooked as requested. Deserts followed to include tiramisu and flan. Note that the bathrooms were spotless with high end accessories and cloth towels. Highly recommended!
